What I meant to say was Shit Rock…or something along those lines. Garage Rock maybe? Either way I’ve discovered and rediscovered some noisy grainy rock this past week…somewhat appropriate for the week? First, The Soft Pack is fun! I saw them last week in Philly with a couple dozen people…and I liked it! Below is a video from The Soft Pack that feels all too perfect for the song. Second, Neutral Milk Hotel sounded particularly good this week. Third, this song by a band called Wavves, which I randomly downloaded via Insound’s Recommended Song of the Week has inspired my head and has motivated me to drink beers at least once this week. *Possibly more…it is also below so that you may be motivated as well.
